If I had to choose between the three which one to deal with the most, I would take the heat. This is why I rarely if ever, open my window in my room. People seem not to like the idea of it. Something about "fresh air". That reminds me, time for a new plant. Keeping my window closed minimizes the amount of flying pains in the ass that get into my room, as well, reduces the amount of wind whirling around in my room. This is also why I dont use a fan in my room for more than maybe 3-5 days in a year (when we have our usually one "hot week" a year).
So it comes as a shock to me, and perhaps those that know me to find out, my window has been opened on & off (sometimes for hours) for the past week or two. I just seem more overwhelmed by the ehat this year than usual. Which is worrisome when you realize this is JUNE 3rd!!!!!! Its not even summer yet. Hell, its still more than a couple weeks from summer. So what the hell am I gonna do when summer actually hits?
My plan is going to be to move to a supermarket for a month or two. They are often air cinditioned, and if that fails, i'll just simply lay in the frozen foods bin.
At this point I think its the only solution left.
I think part of the reason for the excessive effect from the heat is the fact its so early. If this was August & it was this warm, we would all be like "oh, its a nice, maybe slightly warm, August day". But because its in early June, and only 6 weeks ago it was continually in the single digits temperature wise (sorry Americans, we use C for temperatures, not F), it feels considerably warmer than it actually is. Our bodies just havent adjusted to the substantial change yet. Weather Network says its 25 right now (at 6 PM!!!!????) This date last year, the high was 12, and the average for that date is 18 for the high. By 6 PM, you can probably knock off 1 or 2 degrees from that. We generally dont ahve to deal with 25C weather till July. Not the first week of June.
Ok, my brain is turning into a boiled goo.....so I should go & seek out refrigeration.
