The Best Comedy Program, actor & actress categories were dominated by The Big Bang Theory last year. This year could end up the same way. Best Comedy Program category had very few shocks as the 3X Best Comedy Program winners The Big Bang Theory led voters with 147 votes. Well back in 2nd How I Met Your Mother with 104 votes. In 3rd was another CBS show 2 Broke Girls with 68 votes. Rounding out the top 6 was a 3 way tie for 4th, Modern Family, New Girl & Psych. The rest of the Finalists are - Glee, Community, Parks & Recreation & 30 Rock Missing the finals - Raising Hope by 5 votes, Wilfred by 10 votes, Girls by 11 votes & 2010 finalist Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia far back 20 votes out. The Best Director category in only its 2nd year & so far its been almost all Supernatural running away with it. Winning last years & runner up, they look poised to try & do that again this year with 4 finalists. Certain fanbases just dont seem to vote here. Generally popular shows like Glee, Breaking Bad, The Vampire Diaries, Sons Of Anarchy or Grey's Anatomy seem to fail to garner support in these polls most of the time, and again, this seems to have happened here. While shows such as Leverage, Community & Lost Girl which arent ratings giants manage to do well. The top spot goes to perennial favorite here Supernatural, while Fringe stayed close to nab 2nd. Castle, Burn Notice & The Walking Dead round out the top 5. Write in leader Lost Girl grabbed 6th, The Big Bang Theory, Dexter, Psych & Person Of Interest round out the top 10.
