This past Friday fans of Fringe watched as Walter & Peter Bishop (John Noble & Joshua Jackson) had an amazing conversation where Walter tells Peter he is fine and can remember all the old timeline memories, then.... they have a strong manly emotional hug... before Walter cracks the ice with a joke.

I also got photos of Anna Torv & Rowan Longworth at the set, as they are seen in the scene walking up towards the Bishop boys having their moment.

Cool cross over moment for any "Psych" fans that watch Fringe, Sage Brocklebank (Buzz McNab on Psych) was there as a Loyalist guard as he filmed a scene shortly before I got there.

The episode, the 3rd to last (2nd to last if you count the finale as 1 episode next week) set up a lot of pieces for next weeks finale.

I will be posting a few sets of photos from the FINALE this week. Mostly non-spoilery, but still fun to see. Here, better late than never... my photos of the John/Josh Hug, and Anna/Rowan walking behind the scene.

With the knowledge now that "Child Observer" is actually an Anomaly that was named "Michael" (played by Rowan Longworth) by the people who protected him,  here are some photos of Joshua Jackson, Anna Torv, John Noble & Rowan Longworth doing scenes for episode 511 in mid-November in dowtown Vancouver.

The 1st scene I saw seemed to be the 4 of them huddled in an alley, as Olivia & Michael go 1st for a walk down the street past a Loyalist check point, then Peter & Walter do the same shortly after.

While the main cast was on lunch break they squeezed in a scene with a Loyalist driven hummer coming down the street with a sniper on top of it looking around.

There was then a driving scene where Olivia & Peter are in the front seat, with Walter in the back (I think Michael MIGHT have been there too...but it was not as clear).

As filming starts to wind down for Fringe, I have made an effort to try & get to every set I hear about.

While for the casual fan, or the paid professional photographers, a set of Michael Kopsa (Windmark) & Rowan Longworth (child observer) doing a scene was a disappointment, I of course was happy just to catch some of it.

I wont go into the details of what the scene entailed, but you can see a Loyalist guard bring the child to Windmark. What does it mean? We'll have to tune in to find out. In between takes, director Paul Holahan (directed 2 previous Fringe episodes - "Snakehead" & "Novation") would guide the young Longworth & even at times, the older Kopsa, on what he wanted out of them in the scene.

As for the fact the 2 part finale, episodes 512 & 513 are currently being filmed... I have made a decision on showing photos from these sets... I WILL still post blogs about filming for these episodes, BUT, I intend to keep them as spoiler free as possible UNTIL the week leading up to the finale, when I will finally post any spoileryish sets I may have been sitting on... however, this is still episode 511, so all bets are off for this episode.
