Supernatural shoots scenes for episode 1319 with Jensen Ackles and a Returning Guest Star

Supernatural did scenes back in late January for an upcoming episode in downtown Vancouver.

I didnt spend a lot of time at the set because it was January in Canada at night.... so a tad chilly. But while I was there, I did get a few photos of the two people on set at that time.

Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester was on set with a woman who it took me awhile to be sure of since I was looking at the scene in a dark alley from about a block away. Kayla Stanton, she played a reaper named Jessica in episode 5 of this season.  I saw a couple fans that night insist they saw Ruth Connell there, but I never saw her there.... I feel they confused Jessica, whos hair looked very red in the light there for Ruth because of the hair colour. To be brutally honest, till I got to see the photos on my computer screen, I wondered if it might be Danneel Ackles, since she was supposed to be on the show this season & from that far away, the resemblance was not far off. But once I saw them on my computer screen I knew it wasnt her. Thus leaving me waiting till info about the episode came out to narrow down who it was.

The scene they shot wasnt too lengthy. It had Dean standing there with 1 gun, then reaching down to find a second gun. Then Jessica stepped into frame, and they shared a brief conversation before the scene cut.
