First off, fans of the books.... bear in mind, I know NOTHING of the series. Simply relaying what was seen. Sooo, if something I state seems wrong, or a character has a more commonly used name by the fans, dont bother correcting me. I am relaying the info I found out.

Having dealt with the Twilight phenomenon back in Vancouver I have had some experience with fandoms of book series made into films. That being said, I expected me to be the only 1 checking out the set the day I went down to King Street in Hamilton as I simply didnt realize how large this film was.

The Mortal Instruments : City Of Bones, the film adaptation of the 1st book of the TMI series by author Cassandra Clare was shooting scenes in Hamilton, so I opted to check it out. It was their last day there, which unbeknownst to me, they had actually been there for a few days.

My goal, unlike the fans was pretty specific. Get autographs from Lily Collins & Lena Headey, and take a few pics of the scene(s) if possible. When I got there, I saw several fans lurking around, most with books in hand & thats when i realized.... its sort of popular. Shortly after, I had the 1st of probably a dozen requests/demands to not photograph the area or the actors from 1 of the several crew who foolishly kept trying to suggest this to me.

One crew member that I approached looking for info was nice enough to let me see the sheet of who was expected to be on that day, so I took a quick pic of it & memorized the rest of it. My 1st disappointment of the day, no Lena Headey. So I was now there JUST for Lily Collins. I had not planned to go for this film, so I never printed for the likes of Jamie Campbell-Bower, Kevin Durand, Kevin Zegers, Jemima West or Robert Sheehan... all whom I would see throughout the day.

Eventually, just as the call sheet has told me, the cast started rolling in around 2:30-2:45 PM. A plethora of cast & stunt doubles rolled in, each primary character that was there, having a stunt double aslo on set.

Lots of vampires were seen roaming the area as they would go to & from make up/holding throughout the day. The "vampire leader" Elyas M'Barek was nice enough to wave to the fans as he went to set. Most of the main cast however, got dropped off by their shuttle vans & went straight in. Lily Collins, the 1 & only person I was waiting for, literally bolted inside, taking only about 4 steps from her vehicle to the door. Not even time for me to utter "Lily", let alone "Lily, can you sign?".

Eventually they went for their lunch break around 7:30. While the likes of Kevin Zegers, Robert Sheehan & Jemima West came over to the crowd of nearly 20 fans by this point to sign, Jamie Campbell-Bower (who I met back during Twilight and was quite friendly as you can see if you read my "random bloggings" post about him) & Lily Collins both jumped into awaiting transportation vehicles & got the hell outta there.

Having had 0 success at the set, I opted to go wait at the trailers for post-lunch pick ups. There, I was told "its best to wait at the set, they wont do it here". I told the guy I did that & the 1 person I needed didnt. Hesaid "well, she wont do it here". I then suggested she should do it when she arrives, or the camera I had out, that they were so adamant on me not using, would be used even more. The crew didnt like the sound of that. I actually thought this might encourage them to tell Lily to just sign & get it over with. However, when she showed up, I timed walking thru the set perfectly & was 3 feet from her, when she outright said "not right now" to me. I was unimpressed and of course went into shooting everything there was to shoot mode, which annoyed crew members repeatedly. Coulda all been avoided with the grabbing of a sharpie by Lily.

Eventually, around 11:30 PM Robert Sheehan came out & chatted with his stunt double and a few other extras for a bvit outside before the rest of the cast around 11:45 PM came out, the cast all went back to the trailers as they wrapped on the evening. I hurried over to the trailers (traffic patterns made it so I could beat them on foot). Lily came out, and I called to her, and she AGAIN said "no". The crew members seemed so proud of their effort to stop me from getting an autograph as they stood between me and her. I reminded the crew that about my camera. I then said to them that I will be seeing them Tuesday with my camera I guess. Crew member foolishly went "ha, we wont be here Tuesday", so I replied "I know, you will be in Toronto. Dundas st, right?" which shut him up pretty quick as I walked away.

My autographing day was a complete bust.... but, I will have a 2nd crack Tue. Perhaps the CREW will encourage Lily to get it over with right away, so I wont hang around... Either that, or I will have fun shooting the 3 exterior scernes they have to shoot that day I guess.

As for you fans wondering what they shot.
The scenes were shot in the abandoned Royal connaugh Hotel in Hamilton. It was playing the part of the "Hotel Dumort" which I found out is sort of a big deal as people were photographing the signage, which I really wouldnt have noticed if it were not for the fans.

They started doing scenes in the "Hotel Dumort Ballroom" with a scene of
1-"vampire leader entering a ballroom"
followed by
2- "Isabelle dragged across banquet table"
3- "The gang is cornered, werewolves crash thru windows" (they had 2 nice dogs on set to be "werewolves")
4- "Striped wolf attacks vampire leader, 2nd wolf behind Clary, she hits it w/ blade"
Scene moves to Ballroom corridor
5- "Jace & Alec carry |Simon down corridor, Clary & Isabelle in tow"
Scene moves to "Hotel Dumort front"
6- "Clary sees "sign of death", they enter"
7- "The gang are being watched by Luke, te guardian werewolf"
scene moves to "Hotel Dumort 3rd flr elevator shaft"
8- The gang rescue Alec
scene moves back to ballroom
9- ballroom fight
10- "Clarys view of bolt gun slides into hole"
back to elevator
11- Vampires approach elevator
Hotel lobby
12- "feet walking up stairs"

Films dont always get filmed in order, so if the scenes dont make sense chronologically, dont worry. Its how the process goes. Its also possible, depending how the director felt that day, or in the cutting room, scenes may have been cut from the original scene selections for the day.

Is this a joke......? You were so immature about getting Lily's autograph. Of course she's not going to sign your stuff if you bug her and then disobey orders from the crew. They should have taken your camera off you. Maybe if you were patient and kind, they would have gotten you her autograph, like they did for me.

Wow. I can't believe how aggravating it was to read your post. You come to a private set, harass the crew and threaten to take pictures when EXPRESSLY told not to. Then you complain and whine when Lily and the other cast members are too busy to stop and talk. THEY'RE WORKING. Yes, I'm sure it's disappointing to not get an autograph, but if you continue acting like a child about it not only will you not be allowed on set, but you'll make it worse for those fans who wait patiently and politely. Get a grip. You're throwing a tantrum by taking illegal photos (which you know is wrong, as you wrote how your taking them annoyed the crew who you also said warned you repeatedly not to take any), and blame Lily, who is, again, WORKING, for your tantrum by saying that if she'd just give in and sign her name for you you'd go away. This is akin to a 4 year old having a melt down in the grocery store line-up because his mother won't buy him a chocolate bar. I just can't believe how childish you were. I hope that in future set visits you learn some patience. It's a virtue for a reason you know.

Evy - How was I immature? I went about it in the same manner that has been successful 1000s of times with 1000s of celebs. I asked politely at set, she said no. I asked politely at the trailers, she said no. Did I ever berate her? No. Did I use profanity with her? No. Soooo, what was "immature" about my approach?
They didnt take my camera, because this is Canada, not Syria. Would be awfully awkward of the crew to explain to the police why they stole property from someone & assaulted them just because that person opted to disregard their demands of taking photos on PUBLIC property. I realize you are probably a teenager & unaware of the real world as a whole, but you should really get an adult next time to read what you are going to post before you hit send as to not embarrass yourself next time.

Evy (again) - I enjoy the challenge. I wonder how many tumblr accounts will be closed down over this. If you think it doesnt happen, ask The Secret Circle, Hellcats, Fringe & Supernatural fans how many have lost their acct for doing exactly what you are suggesting will happen. Last year I had more than 300 posts removed from tumblr for violations. Feel free to be foolish enough to try, you can show your friends what not to do then if you want to keep your tumblr acct.

J - 1- Not a private set. 2- Didnt harass crew. I simply disregarded their demands. Its public property, they know it, they were simply trying to bully people into doing what they wanted. Being an adult, I was able to realize they couldnt tell me not to do something. Had they ASKED NICELY, and not TOLD me I "couldnt", there would have been a bit more respect of their rules. Perhaps ask the 10-20 fans that were there throughout the day if I was being rude to any of them. I am sure you will get a far different interpretation of what you have come up with about my report. 3- All the other cast DID stop. So, dunno what your point is. As for her being "too busy" her castmates sure werent. She was on a lunch break, and wrapped when I asked her, those are perfectly acceptable & commonly suggested times to ask cast for autographs...she simply decided not to. 4- They cant "ban" someone from a public set, so there is no problem with that. 5- Other fans will likely prefer me being at a set, as it will give THEM more free reign to see/photograph things as crew will be busy wanting to discourage me. Crews act the same regardless if its me or a 13 yr old girl. My defiance of them isnt going to make them angrier. 6- Your interpretation of tantrum & the generally used interpretation of tantrum are fairly different, while I can see why you THINK it, it is a grossly generous use of the term. 7 - As for "illegal photos" what is illegal about them? They were at a public location. Learn the law before you speak on the matter. 8- Your analogy is again, like your use of the term "tantrum" pretty far off. Did I at any point in here call Lily any variety of expletives? No. Did I say the crew should go fuck themselves, or die in a fire, or even fuck off? No. So where is the comparison to your 4 yr old analogy? I simply stated facts. The fact you & the crew dont LIKE the facts, doesnt make it a temper tantrum, it make it makes it pointing out facts. 8- Patience on film sets more often than not is unhelpful. Filming crews as a whole, will use & abuse any amount of power you are willing to give them. As someone thats been doing this over 20 yrs, I can tell you accepting their demands rarely gets you anywhere.

Both of you (and the 1 person on twitter who complained about my attitude) really need to explain WHY I was rude. Did "I" start the problems? No. They came up to ME and DEMANDED I stop doing something that I had the legal right to do. Are all of you so meek & submissive that if a random person tells you to do something for no other reason than they want you to you will simply oblige? If they tried ASKING, NICELY, and not LYING (fact I didnt add to the story was how the crew member told me I "am not allowed" to do what I was doing...when I told him the cop iis right over there, he backed off, because he knew he was wrong) I would show them more respect. Would I still have taken some pics? Sure, but I would have at least not done it blatantly with their knowledge. I often have crews ask me NICELY to "at least do it discreetly" and I do. Be pushy & demanding, I will be obvious. They tried to bully, demand & intimidate, so I showed them I wasnt 1 of the teenage girls they were dealing with. The most amazing part is, after the lunch break they even knew HOW to get rid of me, and went out of their way to prevent it from happening. Kinda foolish if you ask me. However, since you are all fangirls who see NO FAULT with the production, including the crew (who none of you know on a personal level, so why just assume they are good people?) any logical points I make here will for the mostpart be disregarded by all of you as a whole. wow you are an idiot1 look i'm a huge tmi fan and while it's cool you got the photos, when people ask you to stop you have to stop! the photos that you took of the actors(who are amazing by thw way) interacting with the fans, ok those aren't illegal! but you harassed lily! not only is harassment completely wrong, it is epsically wrong when you do it to a super sweet , nice, kind and hardworking person like Lily who is a fabulous actress. yes i'm getting extra protectbe because i am a huge fan of the series(i've read the books) and the actors. do not harass lily again, jamie, jemima , rob or anyone. i hope people call the cops on you. and the fact you're not actually there because you are a fan rather than just to make profit when you don't actually care, it not cool! everyone there including the cre is harding work and amazing.
as for the breaks, maybe lily was spendng some time with people important to her like visiting family, friends etc and also wanted to chill. it is extremely kind for the cast and crew to come interact with fans and talk to them

and of course the series is popular (because it is awesome and casandra clare is amazing). did you you not glue in on the fandom?

are you even fans of the actors or you just there to make profit?

The fact that you don't understand makes you an immature adult. Oh yeah, nice pot shot at teenagers, whether or not Evy is a teenager doesn't matter. Teenagers and adults alike understand that stalking someone and disrupting a set are selfish and egotistical. If you go to the set and act like douche canoe, then they are going to close the set for everyone, refuse people entrance with cameras, and refuse to sign any autographs. Your behavior was awful. If you have always done this then I'm sure the staff will be relieved and the public entertained when we see your mug shot posted on the internet or on the news one day. Or better yet in court for harassment, stalking, or paying damages for your actions. And yes, you can pay damages on releasing information and pictures before it is allowed. So you might already be on your way. Better yet, I'll help out. I'm going to send copies of your post, drop your username and website to the movie company, and author, who by the way works VERY closely with staff and producers, and see what we can get done about the disruptions.

First you explain that your not a big fan of the series, so your probably going to mess things up, then you trash lily Collins and piss on the crew, and then you ignore the fact that they are making a film for our entertainment, and don't want the photos to spoil stuff for the fans, and post the photos. I'm only gonna said that what you did was wrong and now many fans are actually PISSED by your actions because thanks to YOU they would not have the opportunity to visit the set again or even have the autographs of the cast memebers. The reason they were most likely annoyed with you is because they didn't want any photographers on set that do/do not sell their photos. So far they have only allowed fans to take photos from far away. Those fans have been respectful and patient. You could of done the same rather than take photos without permission.

The reason they didn't want a professional photographer (and you are one right?) is because they don't want to release any official photos yet.

The crew do not have to bow to your commands to summon a cast member. Lily's busy - get over it. You could have just said "well, that's alright, I know she's busy and everything trying to do her job," but instead you decided to disobey the crew's wishes and act like a child.
I don't know how old you are, but you're saying you're not a 'fangirl', but you know what? I've seen fangirls act more maturely than that when they don't get an autograph from their favourite celebrity. Obviously Lily didn't want to sign your stuff - shit happens, move on.

It was immature; don't try to justify yourself by saying you're an adult because, adult or not, you still acted childish. They suggested you put your camera away and you went against them because Lily wouldn't give you her autograph.

Actual fans waited patiently and asked politely for Lily to give them autographs and she complied. Think to yourself: what did you do differently? You disregarded them and still expected them to respect you.

Going back on Tuesday isn't going to give you an autograph; if anything we all hope it gives you a restraining order.

You're intrusive and disrespectful. If you do go back, refrain from being insubordinate, and maybe you'll get the autograph.

Arisu - that is your opinion. Fact is, I was incredibly respectful at the set...even after the fairly disrespectful crew members actions.
Alos, cant "ban" someone from a set that is in public without legally going thru the proper channels. Which obviously the cast/crew/production co wont bother to waste their time on since no threat/harm is imminent from my actions & they know nothing would come of it.

Not - Ridiculous. The word is ridiculous. I mean come on, this is a basic elementary school word to spell. Like I said, had they been respectful and asked, I would have obliged far more than the DEMAND I was met with. Your loyalty to the MOVIE/BOOK should be irrelevant to the actions of the crew. Its comparable to being a fan of a team/school & then finding out 1 of them is a rapist or a drug dealer, do you still defend the individual because he is part of the team/school? If so, then there is a character flaw there. Fact is like with ANY facet of society SOME INDIVIDUALS associated with the film arent good people. Just like some athletes on your favorite team, or favorite school or religion or music group arent good people. I dont recall ANY of the fans there complaining about me....so I obviously wasnt that big of a problem. If you are going to be "pissed" with me, shouldnt you also be "pissed" with the crew members that escalated the situation by being demanding?? Or do they get a free pass because they do some random job on a film of a book you like? If so, you have issues.

Kyon - If you STILL think the crew is for even 1 second going to penalize ANYONE for anything, then you have bigger issues than the shoddy english translation service you used to type that out. As a whole, crew dont have the time/energy to WASTE caring what "I" do, let alone a fan. The same 2 or 3 that were being pricks to me, will still be pricks regardless who it is. The other 95% of them, will still be indifferent, whether its me, or a fan.

Annoyed - Part of their job is promotion & PR. In fact, in many contracts there is entire sections devoted to doing anything "reasonable" to maintain a good image for the studio. Signing autographs is actually 1 of many things discussed in these clauses, and it is strongly suggested that signing generates & builds fan bases (which is a fact) and thus they should do it. So, theres that.

Ally- Let me turn the tables on that question. If someone is rude to YOU, do you keep treating them fairly & with a standard above what they are showing you? Not too likely.
Incorrect. They wanted NO ONE taking photos, including the girls there. I was not the only 1 TOLD/asked to not take pics. Almost everyone was. I was the only 1 willing to not just accept their lies. They told most that they "are not allowed" to. They even went to the extent of LYING to an elderly couple of what they were even filming, claiming it was a mayonnaise commercial. Were THEY a threat of breaking open an exclusive on the shoot? Simply, they were being jerks for being jerks sake.
Nope, not a pro. Ask any real pro, they would laugh at you for suggesting I am 1. My camera costs less than $600.. What photos were there to release? A few pics of the cast going in & coming out of a building? They didnt exactly let us go inside to shoot the scene. There was ZILCH to be seen. It was absolute overkill.

Sarah - I dont need anyone to defend my actions, because they dont need defending. I really dont care if anyone likes me for what I did. I didnt cause any problems, I respected requests when they were POLITELY asked of me & not demanded or sold to me as truth when i know they are a lie. If you feel the need to support the wrong side in a debate that shouldnt even exist, I reallly have no concern in trying to "defend" myself to you. Your opinion of me isnt overly vital to me sleeping better at night.
Perhaps only thing I am guilty of is not being more descriptive & defining moment by moment what went on in my interactions. I glossed over things to minimize content & because I know MOST readers didnt care about MY interactions, they just want photos & to know what they were filming. I could have been more detailed and explained it better...likely wouldnt have won over someone as blinder wearing homer as you seem to be, but those on the fence, might have. Frankly, I didnt expect this level of drama over the part of the blog I didnt expect most of the fans to care about. Fact is, film crews & casts KNOW how to deal with photogs/hounds (or they SHOULD in a region as big as this) fact is they felt they could just DO what they wanted. I let them know, they COULD, but I still had cards to play. They chose to take the less respectful course of action, so I reciprocated with mimicking their level of respect.
Crew didnt HAVE to bow to any commands. they simply didnt have to posture & try to intimidate thru words & actions.
Lily was not busy actually. Both times I asked her were on breaks...including AFTER she was wrapped. Shit does happen, I have moved on. Doesnt mean however that I SHOULDNT mark her down as being a negative encounter. world doesnt work on positives alone. She opted to be unpleasant, I should just forget it ever happened just because it will annoy a couple fangirls of a film series? Thats pretty illogical. Basically your philosophy on life is "bad shit happens, when it does...dont complain or talk about it". Sort of the philosophy politicians & rapists hope their victims take.
In the grand scheme of things, odds are, I will probably forget I even met her by the end of the week. My successes always outweigh the negatives in this line of work. She'll be a footnote. Someone will ask me about her someday down the road & I will be like "ohh yeah, no, right, yeah I did meet her in Hamilton of all places. Weird, I havent thought of that in years. She wasnt too nice". then they will ask me about someone far bigger & I will have a pleasant story about them....because MOST celebs get it. their job relies on people buying their product....Lily hasnt learned this lesson yet.

You do realise all of the people your making fun of we're your followers or actual followers or fans of The Mortal Instruments? They were either directed here by a fan page, told to stay away, or told that you needed to be checked out for your...behaviour. Like me. You could be back in business right now if you had just excepted that you angered actual fans, and admitted to it. Instead, you brush of all accusations, turn it around on the fan, and threaten them. Do you know what a Cloud is? It's a certain server that copy's and saves all data and every twitch on every site. Anything ever published, even if it's been deleted is saved. And everything has records. I mean all websites of course. Other than your attitude to fans on previous posts, this should be strike one. Wanna go for strike two? Keep trashing your fans. We both know your threats are empty, just bluffs you can barely handle.

It doesn't really matter how you rationalize it. The truth is that no one until this day had ever had a problem with the crew and the rules imposed by them. Suddenly, a wild CanadaGraphs appear. You are not even a fan, but you had no problem disregarding the rules they tried to impose (legal or not) and, in doing so, you probably jeopardized the good relations between fans and cast.
Did you have the right to take those photos? Maybe you did. Did you act in good faith: obviously not, and that's why all the fans are against you now.

Just because you are not a fan and probably won't be on the set any time soon, doesn't mean other people won't, and what you did, it may not seem that way to you, was disrespectful toward the fans.

This just disappoints me beyond means. The cast and crew are working so hard and this is how you're treating them? Even if you're not a fan of the series [yet], you could still be a respectful human being. Lily and the rest of the cast are usually more than pleased to sign for and interact with their FANS and fans of TMI who actually hold interest in just the experience of watching one of their favorite book series come to life and are there supporting the cast and crew as they do so for them. However, for people that are entirely rude and greedy (which completely describes yourself) and only have interest to do something as stupid as collect their signature so they can go off and sell it for money for themselves, can't you see how that seems a little bit less appealing? Then you add threatening [which I'm completely appalled by, that's just wrong in general] the crew to that and of course they're going to try to shoo you away! Not to mention that you've probably ruined it for the actual fans that actually just want to see their beloved characters brought to life, so thank you for that. I really do hope that the crew brings some kind of police force or security to set on Tuesday and keeps a look out for you so that you can't even take one step on set let alone do what you threatened them you'd do. Don't you feel any guilt for the amount of greediness and disrespect you presented on Friday?! Seriously, it's just so completely wrong to threaten or harass ANYONE, ANYWHERE including there.

Hah... Ok, let me start by saying that I heard about this story from someone I respect that said, well pretty much what every comment here does. But, of course I had to see it for myself. I decided to read the comments first. I'm not gonna comment on your post- I didn't read it, so I have no right- but I am going to comment on your replies. And, as you suggested is right, I'm going to be just as respectful of you as I think you were of the commenters.

Reply to J: Didn't harass the crew? You blackmailed them! And, before you argue, Dictionary.com defines blackmail as: "to force or coerce into a particular action, statement, etc". Let's go over this: You COERCED (by threatening to take photos) the crew to FORCE Lily to give you her autograph, which I'm pretty sure is an ACTION. Pretty sure blackmail's a crime... Also, you can't know that LIly wasn't busy. Please, prove she wasn't. Saying she was finishing her break doesn't mean she didn't have somewhere else to be. Or maybe her hand hurt for god's sake! You don't know that she didn't have a good reason for not signing, but you still forced her to. If you think other fans prefere you to be on set, reread your comments. They're from fans. Reply to Arisu: Actually, you are causing them harm. Most likely, they're not allowed to release photos of the set (as in, signed a contract that forbade them from it without the go-ahead from someone). In that case, what you did most certainly causes them harm, and they would do what they have to to keep you off the set.

Reply to Not Important: I don't think your analogy is quite right. We're not talking about the drug dealer/rapist (though I don't see how a crew member doing his/her job would be like a rapist), we're talking about the little girl who, in the middle of the football game, walks on to the field, starts poking the quarterback, and asking him to sign her shirt. And, when she's told that he can't do it right now, she disturbes the game until she gets what she wants (see the similaities?).

Reply to Kyon: Um, where are the spelling and grammer errors? Cause I don't see them. So, why insult the person's English? Oh, right, you're immature.

Reply to Annoyed: Yes, but she's not in any way obligated to sign anything. It's prefered, but not required. And so, you have no point.

Reply to Ally: No, you weren't the only one taking photos, but the rest RESPECTED the crew's wishes and stopped when asked. This has nothing to do with their personalities. Yes, lying to the elderly couple was bad, but what does that have to do with you? They were doing their job by telling you to stop, and you disrespected them.

Reply to Sarah: You respected their requests? Then where'd you get all of those photos? Yes, the debate shouldn't exist- you shouldn't have taken the photos, and it wouldn't. And why should Lily have been respectful of you if you weren't respectful of her or the crew? You said it yourself- she was mimicking your level of respect. Also, why the "rapist"? You compare the crew to rapists, you compare Sarah to a rapist... Jeez, what do you have for rapists? (a bit random, but had to be said)

No. Just... no. They were working. They do not have time for a thirteen year old. Yes, PR is important, but there are specific times and places for PR, not when they are shooting the actual film. You should have left them alone- if she didn't want to sign your book or whatever, that is her right. You, as a fan, should have respected that.

Okay, "Adult", as you previously mentioned in one of the comments above is that you are an "adult" and that we wouldn't know anything because we're just "fan girls" and "teenagers" but think about, us being just these fan girls and teenagers we have more common sense and respect to honor the crews and actors "demands", that seems to set you off so damn much, because we understand that if people are being generous enough to allow others to have the chance to meet and get autographs (which MANY of fans have gotten the chance to get because they were NICE and UNDEMANDING like others, i.e you) from the actors and take pictures that are ALLOWED to be taken and that doesn't contain any spoilers to this film.
I get that you got upset or as you put it "unimpressed" at the fact that Lily just didn't sign your things, but many people also go and don't exactly get all the autographs or things that they want, but you know what, they are UNDERSTANDING! Other thing, you have even read the books and care about anything about this fandom, but guess what buddy, WE CARE. Your just there to be all Mr. Cool Guy, get shots and pics thinking that thats what we want and people are gonna want you there just for that. Do us a favor, just don't go, We don't care about your pictures, we don't care about your post, we care about the movie and those in it and those working hard to make it happen.
Don't ruin this for those who have waited years for this to happen and re-evaluate your post because the reason you went off with you camera's is because they kept demanding you to not use it, but you were basically demanding the crew to MAKE Lily grab a sharpie to do what YOU WANTED. You were not in the right, you were in the wrong. Rethink and really think about what these people are saying because what you did was wrong and no one is gonna get their Tumblr account shut down for you, if that's what give you satisfaction in your sad little lonely life, that people are arguing with your and possibly getting their accounts shut down because of you, then your really goddamn pathetic. And no, your not getting power or anything from these wonderful fans, your getting the hard truth that you are unnecessary and shouldn't have even been there.
Think about it, if you invite someone into your house and they started to touch all of your things, would you be okay with it? You invited them, it should be okay right? They have that right, just because you invited them in. Well they don't, do they? No just because you allowed them inside of your home doesn't give them the RIGHT to just go all frilly nilly on your things. Same thing with the set of the movie. Just because it's "Public" doesn't nesscarily give you the right to take pictures on a motion picture that is being produced in that area, just because they were nice enough to let you in their "home" doesn't mean you can take full advantage of their hospitality. Fan or not, you must understand that and not be hard headed to try and prove that no matter what that your "not wrong", which going over this and other comments prove that no matter how many times you word it or say it, you ARE WRONG!

All I will say about this is, when you're working at your job - assuming you do anything but sell people's autographs wholesale all underhanded and stuff - and you're on a lunch break, or a coffee break, and someone comes up to you asking you to work on some aspect of your job while you're trying to take a breather, would you be totally okay with that? Or would you be BUSY because it's just a break and you've gotta rest so you can be ready to go back in and do it again? You aren't thinking of the actors as people, and that is why you're an immature jerk.

Lily didn't have to autograph anything for you if she didn't want to. Also, really, your words and actions just seemed rather downright rude towards the cast and the crew. And disregarding the crew is a form of harrassment.
And of course, Lily and the rest of the actors aren't obligated to autograph something for you. They're perfectly allowed to ignore you and other people, like every single other human being out in the world out there.

Incorrect - Lily did not sign for ANYONE. In fact, she never came within 50 ft of them. Get your facts straight if you are going to attack me. So by your logic...those fans must have disrespected her as well...since she didnt sign for them either.

If I go Tue, odds are far higher of me succeeding than failing. Certainly wont result in any restraining order...since no crime is being done. TeamEdwardJace - Why do all of you people keep using terms like "ask". Wasnt it made abundantly clear in my blog post there was no asking being done by them?? Till some of you acknowledge this, most/all of the points made in these whining posts are pretty irrelevant.
Funny that you say the photos of Robert interacting with the fans was acceptable, because the crew intimidating the fans into not taking photos of THAT either. We were literally told (not asked) to not take pics of even that... a fact the other fans there that day can attest to, sooo.. was I being unreasonable then too? You just said it was ok, but the crew said otherwise.
"Harassed" Lily? How> By asking for an autograph? Did I ask her 20 times over a week or something? No. Our entire interaction time between the TWO attempts was less than 5 seconds. I fail to see where you can consider this any form of reasonably notable harassment.
Sorry, but you & the others here being a fan of the book doesnt give the crew the right to demand/intimidate/lie. I realize most of you are kids/teens & dont realize how the real world actually works, but in the real world, when people try to impose their way on you, most sensible adults, push back.
You can hope all you want, but without doing anything illegal, the cops would laugh at them. For the record, 3 cops were on set the other night, as is the case with ANY public filming situation...and they didnt see any cause for concern.
How do you KNOW the crew is hard working?? Because some cast/crew member suggested it? They ALL say that, about every damn project they have ever been on. same as the next door neighbour to the axe murderer who is seen on TV calling him "such a nice guy". Just because someone says it, doesnt make it fact. Now... if you were actually around the set a bunch, and had been on other sets in the past & could actually say "Yes I have seen this crew work harder", you would have a valid point....but since you havent, your point is irrelevant at best, and likely, wrong.
That would still not be an excuse for her action. Those people surely would have been there before or after work as well. Its not like they were leaving town that minute, or even just arriving, and in either case, her taking 2-3 mins to meet the fans wasnt going to destroy her "alone time" with her family/friernds (if it was the case...which I doubt)
As I also explained in the blog, yes, I noticed there was more fans of it than expected. Not sure where/what your point of that was.
Crew & cast arent going to act ANY different because of the practically non-issue involvement of me at the set. The same crew who were bossy & demanding will continue being bossy and demanding. The same cast who were being nice to the fans will be nice to the fans etc etc.

Andie - No less unethical than telling people they are not allowed to do something, when legally, they are.
As for spoilers....I have had this discussion countless times with people. those who WANT spoilers, want them. Those that DONT, are capable of reading the "this post has spoilers" part. Plain & simple.
Also, the fact is, a day of filming equals MAYBE a minute or 2 of screen time. How does it ruin a movie to see/read anything about less than 2% of the project? It doesnt... even if it was the end, you still dont know HOW it gets to that point.
Thanks for at least being more courteous in your reply, and at least admitting there is the CHANCE you could be wrong. Its more than the other 99% have offered.

MtX - No one... that spoke up about it. Plus, the majority of the fans were teenage girls that were there. AKA - they really dont know what is & isnt allowed & just take a person in a place of authority as gospel. If they had told them they had to stand 3 blocks away.... they would have done it... even though they didnt have to.
Yep, I was wild. I was yelling, shooting off pics with my flash on, jumping up & down yelling "cast members, over here". Yep, thatas exactly how it happened. Dont you find it funny theres been AT LEAST 2 set reports from that day besides mine out there, and NOT ONE states anything about any problems with me vs crew/cast? Or me being unruly? I suppose it wouldnt fit your agenda of labeling me the bad guy very well though.... so, just ignore the facts.
So people should just ACCEPT things when someone tells them thats how it will be? I think rapists & politicians have this level of logic as well. Just accept it, and everything will be fine.
I acted in no less good faith than the 2 or 3 crew members who were trying to prevent photos from being taken, or people from asking cast for autographs. Again, if you are going to paint me with that brush, they should be as well.

Disappointed - The cast & crew are unlikely working any harder than they have on other projects, or as other projects currently going on are working. Dont try glorifying their work as some noble cause, its a job to them. They are doing it with the same effort as their last job.
If I am rude & greedy, this means the 2 or 3 crew members are too. Right? I mean they DID tell someone on a public sidewalk they CANT take photos, that they are not ALLOWED to. Thats not rude? Everyone is greedy by the way, including you.... or do you work for free? No? Unless you are living some selfless life where you only eat the bare min everyday, have meager shelter & 0 possessions (including the computer you typed this outy on) you cant call anyone else greedy. There is no way the crew will give 2 shits about fans in general. They are far too busy trying to do their job to sit around having a 6 hr meeting devising a plan to "screw over" fans just because of me. As it is, with the exception of the 2 or 3 crew who were going out of their way to be pricks, no one on the crew will probably even remember ME, let alone any other fans.
Dont worry, I assure you the cops will be there Tuesday.... as tey are EVERY TIME a set does a public film shoot, as they are required by law. So, dont worry, they will be there, and surely doing as much to prevent me from doing whatever I do, as they did in Hamilton, where they had 3 cops there.

No, the set isnt going to close things down because of anything that happened there. After all, nothing happened. The FUNNIEST part of all this actually is, if they do anything down the road, you will all blame me, even though it will be for actions far more extreme than anything that happened last week. I was there waiting for autographs and saw you running back and forth after their shuttle. Maybe the reason she didn't sign is because you were a creepy man hanging out solo amongst a group if teenage girls.
