The 100 films scenes for the season 3 finale with Eliza Taylor and Alycia Debnam-Carey in Vancouver5/19/2016 The 100 filmed scenes for their season 3 finale in downtown Vancouver.. This was a rare treat for fans of the show, as the production is almost exclusively filmed well outside the city of Vancouver. The scene that was first shot on day 1 of their 2 day shoot saw the stunt team doing a scene where the Eliza Taylor character Clarke Griffin is laying on the ground after running frantically from a mob. As the mob catches up to her and starts to attack her a familiar face to fans of the show comes in, the 2015 Best Of TV Awards winner for Best Recurring Actress Alycia Debnam-Carey portrayed Lexa The Commander comes from nowhere and starts to kick the attackers asses. Of course, they didn't have the shows most popular actresses actually doing the stunt scenes, they of course had their skilled stunt team do them, but the actresses still did scenes for close ups through out the day. Now I don't watch the show, but I know Lexa is apparently dead. Is this a hallucination? A dream? A flashback? No idea. Its a show on The CW, so going by their roster of shows (Arrow, The Flash, legends Of Tomorrow, iZombie, Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries etc), is death really a permanent thing on this network ever? After that, they moved to a scene where Eliza is running thru the streets of Vancouver, seemingly trying to escape some people, including a man in a hat who seemed to be getting treated as more than just a background extra... but since I don't watch the show, I don't know who he is. There is a photo of him at the end of this section of photos...perhaps 1 of you know? While Eliza was filming her solo scene, Alycia walked by the group of fans waiting around, and stopped to sign autographs for them all, but refused to do photos with since she was in costume. A VERY rare chance for fans of the show, since seeing them on set is rare enough, and to get 1 of the most popular characters not just on the show, but apparently on TV by the fact shes still in this years May Madness tournament was a pretty big moment for several of the fans. I managed to get autographs from both Alycia and Eliza on this day, so all in all, good day. Later that afternoon & evening came the scene that all the fans at set, and the internet seemed to talka bout... The scene where Clarke and Lexa are sharing a moment on a staircase. The "Clexa" scene was shot in an area pretty private from casual passer bys, unlike the earlier scenes, yet still a dozen or so fans found it & watched in pouring rain all night. The scene had Lexa and Clarke on a staircase talking, and it seemed like Lexa was trying to help Clarke get up, when Clarke then collapses back down and goes into a seizure. Lexa tells her she cant go, and eventually Clarke stops seizing. They did a few rehearsals while it was still light out, then once it was dark, shot the scene. I know some on set reports that night claimed there was a kissing scene. Heres what I will say to that. I saw the scene shot probably 40 times, from 5 or 6 different angles, and I never saw it. Maybe it happened on 1 take, at 1 angle that I wasnt at? But I am reasonable sure it didnt happen. At times the crew for this location seemed quite annoyed to be working in a public spot. Its a crew that rarely has to deal with prying eyes in a PUBLIC location & didnt seem to understand just how the law works in Canada. Multiple times that night I was asked to move from spots that were NOT in the shot from crew members who had no excuse even daring to ask. As promised when this post was published... there is a video of 1 of the rehearsals HERE. The second day I went down to see what scenes they were shooting, and it seemed to be all about Clarke running thru the streets in different places. JUST as I got there, they apparently had wrapped a scene that also had Devin Bostick on set.... but I never saw him.
