THIS POST CONTAINS POSSIBLE SPOILERS FOR THE SEASON 6 FINALE OF ONCE UPON A TIME "THE FINAL BATTLE". If you have not seen this episode and do not want to see or read any potential spoilers prior to viewing the episode, do not continue on with this article & bookmark it to view after. . . . last warning . . . Once Upon A Time shot scenes for their season 6 finale "The Final Battle", and depending how things go, possibly the series finale, in Steveston at the end of March. Much of the main cast was there during the multiple day shoot. The only notable exceptions being Robert Carlyle and Emilie de Ravin. This blog post will focus on the shoot they did on the 29th, which focused on Jennifer Morrison and Jared Gilmore., as well as a scene a bit later that you may have seen my youtube video of, with Colin O'Donoghue and Jennifer Morrison doing a driving scene. There was also a night scene with the majority of the cast, including those named earlier, as well as Lana Parrilla, Rebecca Mader, Ginnifer Goodwin, Josh Dallas amd Giles Matthey, but there was little to shoot that night (a blog with more info on this shoot will come later). The Once Upon A Time season (and possibly series?) Finale of Once Upon A Time will have a 2 hour episode this Sunday on ABC in the U.S. and CTV in Canada. THIS POST MAY CONTAIN POSSIBLE SPOILERS FOR A ONCE UPON A TIME EPISODE IN SEASON 6. If you do not want to see or read any potential spoilers before seeing the episode, do not continue reading or viewing this post. . . . last warning . . Once Upon A Time shot scenes for 1 of their final episodes of the season, episode 621, in Steveston in March with Robert Carlyle, Jared Gilmore, Jaime Murray, Beverley Elliott, Raphael Sbarge & Lee Arenberg on set during the day. An early scene saw Jared Gilmore, the co-Best Youth Actor Winner in the Best Of TV Awards this year as Henry Mills walking down the middle of Main Street (Moncton Street in Steveston) in Storybrooke with his story book, and no one seems to be around. Later scenes saw Beverley Elliott as Granny, Lee Arenberg as Leroy and Raphael Sbarge Dr. Hopper also on set, along with Jaime Murray as the Black Fairy & Robert Carlyle as Mr. Gold. The most interesting thing of the day, at some point Henry ends up so seriously injured, that he is being taken into an ambulance with a neckbrace on, and the Black Fairy is carrying the story book. I guess thats what you get for walking down the middle of Main Street. Later in the day, a scene was shot with Gold & Black Fairy sitting in Reginas car talking. She shows him a file on something, and he then gets out of the car and leaves, with a worried look on his face. Near the end of the day one of the shows creators, Adam Horowitz was on set talking with Robert Carlyle for a while on two separate occasions. At the end of the second talk, Robert gave him a hug, and left Adam as he went inside the actors holding area. Lots of people were assuming it was a talk about either trying to sign Robert back up, or a good bye chat. Neither of these cases can anyone confirm, since they were not in the talk, and anyone claiming to know otherwise, not named Robert carlyle or Adam Horowitz, is full of it. Once Upon A Time airs on Sunday nights on ABC in the U.S. and on CTV in Canada. IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THIS EPISODE & DO NOT WANT TO SEE OR READ ABOUT ANY SPOILERS.... DO NOT CONTINUE. . . . last warning . . This scene is pretty basic. Emma Swan & Captain Hook (Jennifer Morrison & Colin O'Donoghue) are sitting in Emmas bug, when Hook puts a police light ontop of the bug, and they turn around and drive off together. When I have my stuff more sorted out... I'll do a blog post with photos too.... but for now... here is VIDEO of the scene. |
