 THIS BLOG POST IS FOR EPISODE 601 OF "ONCE UPON A TIME". If you have not seen this episode and do not want to read or view possible spoiler photos from it prior to seeing it, please do not continue reading or viewing the photos below. . . . last warning . . Once Upon A Time shot several scenes in Steveston on their first Steveston location day of Season 6. Episode 601, directed by frequent OUAT director Eagle Egilsson titled "The Saviour". The day started with a scene in an area of the small little village that they had, to the best of my knowledge, never filmed at prior. Lana Parrilla and Ginnifer Goodwin shot a scene in the park at the far end of the village. Despite its quite well hidden from the general footpath traffic of the main "Storybrooke" set of Moncton Street, a crowd of about 75 people showed up to watch this early scene. The scene had the pair talking in front of Reginas vault before they turn around and leave together. Question is.... what is it that they were talking about? I can tell you, it has something to do with Regina telling Snow something about Zelena. What that isexactly, I cant say. After that shoot, the crew made the move to the shows "regular" locations in Steveston along Moncton Street. There will be more blog posts containing photos of those scenes coming up later on. Once Upon A Time started shooting season 6 yesterday in Central Park in Burnaby. Their 1st day had the majority of the main cast on set. Filming started in the early afternoon & by the time I got there they were in full swing. They shot a scene with Josh Dallas, Ginnifer Goodwin, Lana Parrilla, Jennifer Morrison, Colin O'Donoghue, Jared Gilmore & Hank Harris before they went on a break. At that time, the majority of the cast was told they had a "long break" and 2 of them were wrapped for the day. Only Colin & Jen were needed for the next scene. Colin & Jen then filmed a scene right up to the lunch break. At one point the crew walked over another unknown actress dressed in older peasant style looking garbs, but I dont know who it was. She was young, maybe late teens or 20s, very cute & brunette hair. But I never saw her come back from the set the last time that I saw them leaving set. So I dont know if this girl had a solo scene they squeezed in realy quick or what. I never got to see any of the filming as I choose to get autographs & meet cast instead of watching. The set up there did not permit someone the opportunity to easily do both, so I chose what my main purpose for going to sets is over taking pics of the set. I managed some autographs from Ginnifer Goodwin, Lana Parrilla and Jared Gilmore today. I also saw the rest of the cast leaving, and had a lengthy talk with Josh Dallas about the troubles on twitter lately. He said he doesnt know why he got unverified either. Hes as confused as the rest of us. I also told him about the troll that several of us had to report over 50Xs, and he thanks you all that helped get rid of the guy. I also told him & the Once security team about the trolls desire to meet Ginny when he comes here later this summer.... so they are aware of that now too. The cast were all in pretty good spirits, the only ones I did not get to interact with was Hank Harris, because I was busy with others at that time, as well as Colin & Jen who both seemed very intent on not interacting with anyone by talking indirect routes to & from the set with the set security & 2 guys who looked like might be private security. Due to the fact I was getting my autographs when the rest of the cast went on their break at the start, I got no photos of them. Only got photos of Comin & Jen, as they went back & forth from set several times.            |
