The psychopathic assassin that has turned more good than evil recently was really taken for a ride this year. She started the year by fighting Samaratan as they tried to destroy the stock market, got a kiss from her crush and of course help try to save the life of The Machine. The win my Root is the 2nd in a row for a female character. 4th place finisher this year Felicity Smoak "Arrow" won last year, ending a 4 year run of this years runner up Dean Winchester "Supernatural".
