Millie won with 171 votes. Millies portrayal of Eleven/Jane took some major steps this year, as she got out on her own for a bit, and went to her first dance, all while saving her friends in a timely fashion. Runner Up was 2013 winner Maisie Williams "Game of Thrones" with 99 votes. Since her win in the first ever BOTVA for this category, she has managed to finish 2nd four consecutive times. Third was Camren Bicondova "Gotham" with 43 votes.  The 2016 Best Of TV Awards winner in the category of Best New Program is - Timeless (NBC) This years winner for Best New Program is Timeless. The show about the time traveling team that has been tasked with trying to save history from being changed won this years award thanks to a strong push from their fans still hoping for its renewal, and a tweet by 1 of the shows stars, Abigail Spencer, encouraging fans to vote. With 224 votes, Timeless gives NBC their first ever award in any category here. Runner Up was Stranger Things with 133 votes. The Netflix phenomenon didnt go away empty handed this year, as Millie Bobby Brown won Best Youth Actress for her role on it. Third Place was Lucifer (FOX) with 81 votes. His loss last year came at the hands of the person he tied for the award with this year, Chandler Riggs.
