The 2014 Best Of TV Awards opening round has closed on all 27 categories. The Semi-finals will open shortly after this blog post is posted. Voting will will be taking place by you the fans HERE.

With all of the categories now wrapped for round 1, here is the results from several of the categories.

Names BOLDED are moving on to the semi-finals which start this week. Just a reminder, the next 2 rounds is NOT unlimited voting & there is no more write in/nominations. If your favorite did not get selected in round 1, sorry. There was a month of nominations and a few days of voting to have nominated them enough to get in. Lots of originally non-nominated challengers are in the semi-finals. Write In Vote campaigns in Best Couple produced a semi-finalist from Lost Girl. Also of note - a nominee on the Best Recurring Actor ballot has been relegated to Best Guest Star after being placed on the wrong ballot accidentally, but garnering enough votes to be eligible in either category.
